Life is filled with complex issues. Most of us set goals for ourselves from time to time to try to solve some of these issues.  Sometimes it is difficult to hold ourselves accountable to make the significant change or discipline required to solve these issues.  If you have tried to make changes before but your efforts fell flat, it may be time to consider life coaching as a viable solution for you.

Life coaching can be structured to help you set goals, establish a clear plan, and hold you accountable to take the action steps required to meet those goals. 

The first step to begin life coaching is to schedule a consultation with a coach.  During this time, you should ask about credentials, experience, and cost of coaching.  It is important to note that insurance will not pay for coaching sessions, but coaching sessions can often be purchased in packages to help reduce the cost per session.  Coaching can be scheduled in individual sessions, or 3, 6, 9, or 12 month packages.  Typically, coaching will require a one hour per month commitment to meet with your coach online.  In between sessions, you will have homework and challenges to complete to help move you toward your goals.
