Each of us is uniquely created by a loving God.  It is our unique being that we should be leaning into when we explore what career we would like to pursue.  For some of us, we already know our passion and what we would love to do, but charting the path to get there seems impossible.  Or we have no idea what we want to do, but we absolutely know that it is not what we are doing right now.  Career coaching can help navigate the journey to help you discover your end goal, and help you map the path to get you there.

Maybe you already love what you do, but you are just looking to take your career to the next level.  Career coaching can help you design a plan with the steps to take to get you where ever it is you want to go. Working with a career coach can help determine how to use your strengths, identify any areas that need attention, and actionable steps to move you forward. Depending on your goals, career coaching can last anywhere from 3-12 months.  Coaching sessions would be scheduled monthly and can be purchased as a package to be more cost efficient.
